Gregory Construction Company works closely with the owner from the outset to determine their budgetary, spatial, and architectural requirements.  During the preliminary design phase, a concept design is formulated to meet all parameters set forth by the owner.  Once a preliminary design is accepted, a preliminary budget estimate is provided to ensure that we are designing a building which meets the owner’s needs as economically as possible.

After review and approval of the budget estimate, we proceed with design development and construction documents for your project.

Once the construction drawings are complete, our construction team provides a complete contract budget for the project. After acceptance of the contract amount, construction can commence.

Throughout the construction process, regular meetings are held with the owner. These meetings serve to keep all parties informed of the progress of construction, as well as provide a forum for voicing any concerns.  During the early phases of construction, our main focus is to confirm all design elements, including coordinating all shop drawings and submittals to ensure that all components of the project will come together to form a cohesive and economical structure.   As construction progresses, we coordinate the subcontractors’ work and scheduling to make certain that the project is completed on time and within budget. 

According to schedule, construction is completed and the owner is able to occupy the building knowing that Gregory Construction Company will respond to any problems promptly and courteously, honoring our unconditional one year warranty covering all materials and workmanship.
